About the role
We are looking for a qualified Lifeguard to ensure the safety of guests and associates within the swimming areas of Al Najada Doha Hotel. The role involves monitoring pool activities, maintaining safety equipment, and responding swiftly to emergencies.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure safety of guests and staff in designated swimming areas during posted business hours.
- Set up and maintain safety equipment, including life‑saving flotation devices, first‑aid kits, and rescue boats.
- Display correct safety flags, pool depth signs, and business‑hour notices.
- Respond to emergencies, perform rescues, and administer first aid or CPR as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of water and air temperatures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Required profile
- Valid Lifeguard certification with authorization to conduct AR and CPR.
- 2 to 5 years of lifeguarding experience, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- Good English communication skills.
- Pleasing personality with the ability to handle pressure and multitask.
