Lifeguard – Resort Pool

About the role

The Ritz-Carlton Doha is seeking a dedicated Lifeguard to ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests using the resort’s indoor and outdoor pools. You will be the first line of defense, applying rescue techniques and promoting a safe, fun environment for all swimmers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor swimmers, intervene with appropriate rescue techniques, and provide first‑aid assistance until emergency services arrive.
• Observe pool areas for hazardous conditions, enforce facility rules, and report accidents or unsafe situations to management.
• Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, handle towel management, and perform routine pool‑deck cleaning tasks.
• Assist guests with disabilities, welcome all visitors courteously, and uphold the hotel’s service standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certifications; any additional safety or rescue certifications required by local authorities.
• Ability to work full‑time onsite in a resort environment.
