Lobby Hostess - Front Office

About the role

Hyatt Regency Oryx Doha is looking for a Lobby Host / Hostess to welcome guests and create the first impression of their stay. The role centres on prompt, courteous and efficient service from arrival to departure, with particular emphasis on Regency Club and VIP guests, and on building lasting memories through engaging conversation.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the hotel and create a positive first impression
• Provide personalised service and attention to all guests, especially Regency Club and VIP guests
• Create a seamless, intuitive guest experience from arrival to departure
• Influence the overall stay through engaging dialogue and stories with guests

Required profile

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with guests
• International experience in luxury hotel brands, showing adaptability to different cultures and environments
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
• Ability to work under pressure and excellent English
