About the role
We are seeking an experienced Loyalty & CRM Specialist to lead customer engagement and loyalty marketing initiatives in Doha. The role focuses on designing and executing CRM campaigns, analysing customer behaviour, and delivering bilingual communications across digital channels.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute loyalty and CRM marketing campaigns.
- Analyse customer behaviour and prepare performance reports.
- Create engaging bilingual (English & Arabic) content and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to strengthen customer engagement initiatives.
- Support brand communication strategies across digital platforms.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Loyalty Marketing, CRM, or Customer Engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong copywriting and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
- Understanding of brand identity, reporting, and analytical thinking.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels (preferred).
