About the role
The Raffles Ambassador is the first point of contact for guests at Raffles Doha, delivering a highly personalized arrival and departure experience that reflects the brand’s timeless elegance. This role goes beyond traditional front‑desk duties, focusing on creating meaningful connections and anticipating individual guest preferences throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests with genuine warmth, ensuring a refined and personalized check‑in and check‑out experience.
- Manage room assignments, billing, and cashiering procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Anticipate and act on guest preferences, tailoring interactions to create memorable moments.
- Serve as an ambassador for the hotel’s dining venues, wellness facilities, and local attractions, providing knowledgeable recommendations.
- Maintain compliance with Raffles brand standards and luxury hospitality values.
