About the role

Join the Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail team as a Waiter/Waitress, delivering friendly, timely, and efficient service to guests and members. You will use your extensive menu knowledge to create memorable dining experiences in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in compliance with licensing regulations.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items and product offerings.
• Ensure all floor stations are well stocked and ready for service.
• Handle guest queries promptly and professionally.
• Follow proper reporting procedures for any issues.
• Deliver food and beverage orders to high standards and within expected timeframes.
• Adhere to Hilton grooming standards, uniform dress code, and personal hygiene.
• Comply with hotel security, fire safety, and health regulations.
