Make Up Artist

About the role

We are seeking a talented Make Up Artist to deliver premium beauty experiences in a luxury retail environment. You will provide personalized consultations, create complete makeup looks, and guide customers on product usage while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and visual presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct personalized makeup consultations, including shade matching and full looks tailored to client preferences.
• Demonstrate advanced artistry techniques across complexion, eyes, lips, and special‑occasion makeup.
• Achieve individual sales targets by recommending appropriate products and driving cross‑selling and up‑selling.
• Maintain tester hygiene, brush sanitation, and workstation cleanliness; ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
• Support daily store operations, stock handling, and assist with in‑store events, masterclasses, and demonstrations.
• Share customer insights and product feedback with store leadership.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience as a Makeup Artist in beauty retail, cosmetic studios, or luxury beauty brands.
• Certification in Makeup Artistry or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a service‑first mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑footfall environment with frequent product launches.
