About the role
Al Mahra Opticals, a leading optical retail chain in Doha, Qatar, is expanding its team. The company is hiring for three full‑time positions – a Manager, a Customer Care Executive, and an Optometrist – to support its growing network of eyeglasses and contact lens stores.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and staff performance (Manager role).
- Provide front‑line assistance to customers, handling inquiries and service requests (Customer Care Executive role).
- Conduct eye examinations, prescribe lenses, and advise patients on eye health (Optometrist role).
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience for the Manager position.
- Minimum 2 years of experience for the Customer Care Executive and Optometrist positions.
- Current residence in Qatar with a valid QID.
