Manager, MIS Business Analysis

About the role

The Manager – MIS Business Analysis will lead the design, implementation and maintenance of QNB’s enterprise data warehouse and business intelligence environment. Working closely with business units, you will translate data requirements into robust analytical solutions that support the bank’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and document business needs, translating them into functional specifications for data and reporting solutions.
• Oversee input/output controls, data quality, and data‑model maintenance across the enterprise.
• Design and maintain the enterprise information strategy, data models and databases that feed application and reporting systems.
• Provide cost‑effective, KPI‑driven solutions to user requirements while monitoring performance and quality.
• Collaborate with internal customers to gather requirements, ensure SLA compliance and improve turnaround times.
• Balance resource allocation between project work, database/model upkeep, and architecture initiatives.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with extensive experience in MIS, business analysis, data warehousing and business intelligence.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering accurate, timely information.
