Market Analyst

About the role

The Market Analyst will support Bridge Holding’s Investor Relations function by delivering data‑driven market insights, monitoring macro‑economic trends, and helping shape investor targeting and pitch materials. Reporting to the Investor Relations Director, the analyst works closely with Business Development Directors to inform fundraising and strategic communication initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support deal pipeline activities through market research, opportunity tracking and preliminary screening against investment criteria.
• Conduct preliminary financial analysis, valuation assessments and prepare investment memos, financial models and presentation decks for review.
• Assist with investor engagement, preparing pitch materials, responding to information requests and coordinating investor events.
• Maintain and update the investor relationship database and CRM system, tracking interactions and preparing regular investor updates.
• Perform market and sector intelligence research for emerging and Latin American markets, identifying trends and opportunities.
• Monitor the investor landscape, mandates, competitor positioning and regulatory developments that affect investor sentiment.
• Support transaction management tasks, including deal tracking, timeline coordination and documentation for closing activities.

Required profile

• Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on private‑equity markets, limited partner behavior and emerging‑market dynamics.
• Experience preparing financial analyses, valuation models and investment memos.
• Ability to synthesize macro‑economic and sector trends into actionable insights for fundraising and investor relations.
• Excellent written communication skills for creating pitch materials and investor updates.
