Marketing Officer - Decorative Marketing

About the role

Jotun Paints Qatar is hiring a Marketing Officer to support the implementation of Decorative Marketing plans through coordination and execution of marketing projects, product initiatives, promotional activities and brand communication. The position is based in Qatar, reports to the Marketing Manager and supports sales growth and brand presence in the country.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of local Decorative Marketing plans in line with regional strategies and business priorities.
• Coordinate and execute marketing projects across product, brand, retail and marketing communication activities.
• Support product launches, portfolio updates, product transitions, packaging changes and related marketing materials.
• Run promotional programs, brand activations, events and digital and social media activities, including localization of regional campaigns.
• Work with regional marketing, Sales and other internal departments, and with external agencies and suppliers.
• Conduct market visits, monitor competitors and analyse market and sales data to support product positioning.
• Handle administrative tasks, documentation, material ordering and reporting in line with company procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, paints, building materials or a similar industry.
• Basic marketing knowledge and strong coordination, communication and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
