Marketing Strategist

About the role

SRBSRB Marketing Solutions is seeking a Marketing Strategist to design and execute innovative marketing plans for a diverse portfolio of clients in Qatar. The role involves close collaboration with creative, content and design teams to drive brand visibility and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Create and manage integrated campaigns across digital platforms.
• Plan monthly marketing and content calendars.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and monitor industry trends.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators and account managers to launch campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide data‑driven optimisation recommendations.
• Present strategies and proposals to clients and support business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing strategy or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing and campaign planning.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, communication and client‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field preferred.
• Currently based in Qatar.

Required skills

• Experience with Meta, Google and LinkedIn digital marketing platforms.
