Marketplace Warehouse Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketplace Warehouse Manager to lead end‑to‑end warehouse operations that support our marketplace sellers. You will ensure efficient inventory handling, order fulfillment and logistics coordination to provide a fast, reliable customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound, storage, picking, packing and outbound processes while meeting service level agreements.
• Oversee seller inventory accuracy, reconciliation and minimise shrinkage.
• Drive order accuracy, reduce fulfillment errors and improve turnaround time.
• Lead continuous‑process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma and support warehouse automation tools such as WMS and handheld devices.
• Plan and develop warehouse teams, ensuring optimal staffing and performance.
• Maintain safety, compliance and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with marketplace, logistics, finance and technology teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or Engineering.
• 5‑7+ years of experience in warehouse or fulfillment operations, preferably e‑commerce.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) proficiency.
• Lean Six Sigma methodology.
