About the role
The Math Teacher will deliver high‑quality, engaging mathematics lessons at Durham School for Girls, ensuring alignment with UK Teaching Standards, the school’s MARK values, and Qatari Ministry of Education expectations. The role supports student well‑being, academic growth, and the overall school community.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver effective, differentiated maths lessons using innovative tools and technology, while providing timely feedback to students and stakeholders.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, collaboration, and a growth mindset, and address any concerns related to culture or values promptly.
Required profile
- Demonstrated commitment to professional conduct, continuous development, and adherence to school policies and Qatari cultural expectations.
- Strong communication skills for regular interaction with students, parents, colleagues, and external partners, including use of school portals and communication platforms.
