职位概况
负责酒店食品饮料及可控项目的全链条采购管理，确保质量、成本和库存符合公司标准。
主要职责
- 制定并执行跨部门采购计划，跟进订单、收货、入库及付款流程。
- 协助行政总厨进行食品饮料预算控制，落实FIFO库存轮换。
- 核对发票、验证数量质量，使用系统进行成本核算与库存盘点。
- 编制供应商名单，确保符合卫生安全及法规要求。
- 定期生成报告、演示材料，向餐饮总监和高层汇报采购绩效。
任职要求
- 财务会计或相关专业四年制学士学位。
- 具备采购、成本核算或酒店运营管理经验。
- 熟悉卫生安全标准及税务合规。
必备技能
- 会计与成本核算知识。
- 熟练使用计算机程序及采购/库存管理系统。
- 基本编程或数据处理能力。
