About the role
The company is seeking a Multi‑Discipline Inspector to lead mechanical welding inspections within the oil and gas sector. The role requires extensive experience and a strong technical background to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform mechanical welding inspections on oil and gas projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Verify compliance with ASME, API and ISO standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in mechanical welding inspections.
- Gulf experience preferred; Qatar experience desirable.
Required skills
- CSWIP 3.2.2 certification.
- API / BGAS qualification.
- ISO 9712 / ASNT PCN or equivalent NDT Level II in RT, UT, MT and PT.
- Valid CSWIP 3.2 or AWS Senior Welding Inspector certification.
- Valid BGAS Grade 2 or NACE Level 2 Coating Inspector.
- Valid ASNT NDT Level 2 certification.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
- API 510 / API 570 / API 653 certification.
