Multi-Property Associate Welfare Specialist & Hotel Nurse

About the role

The Multi-Property Associate Welfare Specialist & Hotel Nurse provides comprehensive health care services to guests and employees across Marriott properties in Doha. You will act as the first point of contact for medical inquiries, deliver direct patient care, and support a safe, healthy environment within the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Answer patient questions, record symptoms, and assess changes in condition.
• Measure and document vital signs, administer medications and intravenous fluids.
• Provide basic treatments such as wound care, muscle massage, and temperature regulation.
• Deliver emergency treatment for injuries or illnesses and arrange further medical care when needed.
• Maintain accurate medical records and guest assessment information.
• Inform management of health risks and ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations.
• Support employee health initiatives and promote a safe workplace.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting objects up to 10 lb and reaching overhead.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Current professional licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• No supervisory experience required.
