Multi-Property Associate Welfare Specialist & Hotel Nurse

About the role

The Multi-Property Associate Welfare Specialist & Hotel Nurse delivers on‑site medical care and wellness support to guests and employees across Marriott properties in Doha. This position blends clinical nursing duties with proactive health‑risk management to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer patients' questions, record symptoms, and assess changes in condition.
• Measure and document vital signs, administer medications and intravenous fluids, and provide basic patient care such as wound dressing and muscle massage.
• Develop and implement patient care plans, refer to specialists when needed, and deliver emergency treatment.
• Inform staff of health risks, maintain confidential health records, and ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions; follow quality‑assurance standards.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting objects up to 10 lb and moving equipment safely.
• Support team goals, maintain positive working relationships, and perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• At least 3 years of relevant nursing or welfare experience.
• Professional licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• No supervisory experience required.
