Munitions Shift Supervisor

About the role

The Munitions Shift Supervisor leads the shift production efforts for munitions receipt, storage, inspection, maintenance, reconstitution and shipping, ensuring compliance with safety, technical and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Munitions Superintendent with safety, training and quality control programs.
• Develop and submit production schedules to meet daily timelines, special taskers and contingency support.
• Utilize the Theater Integrated Combat Munitions System (TICMS) for all production processes.
• Verify accountability documentation and conduct end‑of‑shift facility security checks.
• Monitor personnel performance, training requirements and equipment maintenance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years experience with USAF (or equivalent) military munitions.
• At least 5 years supervisory experience in munitions activities.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance (US citizenship required).
• Physically capable of lifting/pushing/pulling at least 50 lb and wearing required PPE.

Required skills

• Intermediate knowledge of USAF Supply, TMO, Munitions and Tech Order systems.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Experience operating material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hoists).
• Use of TICMS, MC2, TMRS and IMDS/DPAS systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain host‑nation license.
