Nurse – Patient Care (Qatar)

About the role

The organization is seeking a qualified Nurse to provide high‑quality patient care in accordance with medical protocols and Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) regulations. The role involves working collaboratively with physicians and the healthcare team across all shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver patient care following established medical protocols and organizational standards.
• Administer medications, monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate medical records.
• Support physicians and healthcare staff during procedures and treatments.
• Ensure compliance with MOPH regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve high‑quality patient outcomes.
• Participate in shift duties, covering night shifts, weekends and holidays as required.

Required profile

• MOPH certified or approved Nurse (mandatory).
• 1–3 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic healthcare environments.
