About the role

Grand Hyatt Doha is seeking a qualified Nurse to provide basic medical care and first‑aid services to its staff. You will play a vital role in maintaining employee health, supporting wellness initiatives, and ensuring a safe workplace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide basic medical care and first‑aid treatment to employees.
• Assess health conditions, respond to workplace illnesses and injuries, and administer prescribed medications.
• Maintain accurate medical records, health documentation, and injury reports.
• Monitor occupational health concerns, manage workplace hazards, and promote injury‑prevention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, infection‑control, and health‑and‑safety standards.
• Assist in emergency response and coordinate with external medical services when needed.
• Conduct regular health checks, vaccination drives, and health‑screening programs.
• Educate staff on health, hygiene, and preventive‑care practices.
• Keep the medical room/clinic clean, organized, and ready for use.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–3 years of nursing experience, preferably in occupational health, clinic, or hospital settings.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing.
• Valid nursing license/registration as required by local authorities.
• Experience in corporate, hotel, or industrial environments is an advantage.
