OCI Growth Account Executive

About the role

As an OCI Growth Account Executive you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and expanding Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) consumption across an assigned territory. You will partner with customers, Oracle specialists and ecosystem partners to deliver measurable outcomes using OCI and AI‑powered solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate net‑new OCI business, expand existing accounts and grow cloud consumption.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans to meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with C‑level executives, business leaders and technical stakeholders.
• Influence decision‑makers to adopt transformational cloud and AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales specialists, presales, customer success, marketing and partner teams.
• Leverage Oracle’s partner ecosystem to accelerate adoption.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and opportunity progression using Oracle sales methodologies.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive positioning, cloud technologies and AI innovation.

Required profile

• Proven success selling cloud, infrastructure, technology or enterprise software solutions.
• Experience selling cloud, AI, data or digital transformation offerings.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving measurable business growth.
• Ability to design and execute strategic territory and account plans.
• Experience building relationships with C‑level executives and key business stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align technology solutions with customer outcomes.
• Excellent collaboration skills within matrixed organizations and with ecosystem partners.
