OCN/LN Monitor (Escort)

About the role

The OCN/LN Monitor (Escort) is responsible for safely escorting un‑cleared Local National (LN) and Other Country National (OCN) personnel and vehicles into work zones, monitoring them throughout their tasks, and ensuring compliance with base security procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Escort LN/OCN personnel from entry facilities to work sites and back, maintaining continuous visual contact.
• Log in and out all LN/OCN contractors, count personnel before and after duties, and report numbers to the appropriate staff.
• Brief escorted personnel on badge usage, rules, and procedures, and ensure no prohibited items are brought onto the base.
• Coordinate with Force Protection teams to purge work zones and verify safe exit of all escorted individuals.
• Monitor safety conditions, report unsafe situations, and respond to emergencies, including sheltering during attacks.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and alert supervisors to any suspicious behavior.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a valid residency visa in the host nation.
• Valid U.S. passport (preferred) and a clean U.S. driver’s license.
• Eligibility to meet all current USCENTCOM deployment policy requirements.
• Willingness to work 100% deployed overseas in extreme environmental conditions.
• Ability to endure long hours, weather exposure, and hazardous situations.
• Security clearance: NACI/Public Trust.
