Odoo Developer (ERP) – Qatar

About the role

Nassguard is seeking an experienced Odoo Developer to join its team in Qatar. You will be responsible for designing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo ERP solutions that streamline business processes and support both internal teams and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and customize Odoo modules to meet business needs.
• Implement API integrations and connect third‑party systems.
• Manage PostgreSQL databases and perform backend development tasks.
• Analyze, understand, and optimise ERP workflows.
• Support business process automation and drive operational improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather system requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and enhance system performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Odoo development and customization.
• Strong knowledge of Python and PostgreSQL.
• Hands‑on experience with API integration.
• Good understanding of ERP workflows and business process flows.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Currently available to work in Qatar.
