Offshore Company Site Representative (CSR)

About the role

The Offshore Company Site Representative (CSR) acts as the on‑site focal point for construction, hook‑up, pre‑commissioning and commissioning activities. You will ensure that all offshore work is performed safely, efficiently and in line with project specifications, company standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee contractor performance, worksite control and Permit to Work (PTW) compliance.
• Implement HSE procedures and coordinate between construction, pre‑commissioning, commissioning and operations teams.
• Manage interfaces, SIMOPS constraints and offshore execution challenges in both greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Lead the offshore supervision team, drive stakeholder coordination and support hand‑over and start‑up of new facilities.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and delays, report status to management and support system hand‑over and commissioning activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the offshore oil & gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management best practices and offshore construction/hook‑up processes.
• Experience with Permit to Work coordination and control of work.
• Familiarity with NOC or Total General Specifications, MANASA and relevant codes and standards.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
