About the role
The Operations Manager – Facilities Management will lead the operational performance of multiple FM contracts across Qatar. You will be responsible for overseeing FM managers, site teams, service delivery, client relationships, HSE compliance, and financial results.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop FM Managers and site leadership across several projects.
- Ensure consistent delivery of Hard FM, Soft FM and integrated services in line with SLAs and KPIs.
- Implement standardized operating procedures, conduct site visits, audits and risk assessments.
- Maintain full compliance with QHSE regulations, Civil Defence and government requirements.
- Act as senior operational contact for clients, drive service improvements, value‑engineering and upselling.
- Manage operational budgets, profitability, monthly financial reporting and forecasts.
- Support bid preparation, tender submissions and pricing for new and existing contracts.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred).
- 10+ years of FM operations experience, with 4–5 years in multi‑project leadership.
- Proven track record managing multiple FM contracts in Qatar/GCC.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations, Civil Defence approvals and client expectations.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
