Operations Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

Flat White Specialty Coffee is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead its multi‑branch café network in Doha. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while driving sales performance, cost control, and overall profitability across all outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple café locations, ensuring consistent brand standards and an outstanding guest experience.
• Drive sales performance, manage cost of goods, and own P&L accountability for each outlet.
• Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers and their teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety regulations, and brand guidelines.
• Optimize staffing, scheduling, and operational efficiency to meet business targets.
• Collaborate closely with the central kitchen, supply chain, and support functions to streamline processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food & beverage operations management, preferably with multi‑unit responsibility.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Solid understanding of P&L, COGS, and key operational KPIs.
• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and delivering superior customer experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Experience in the GCC region is an advantage.
