About the role
Flat White Specialty Coffee is looking for a dynamic and results‑driven Operations Manager to lead and elevate our multi‑branch café operations in Doha.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experience.
- Drive sales performance, cost control, and profitability (P&L ownership).
- Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers and teams.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, SOPs, and food safety regulations.
- Optimize staffing, scheduling, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the central kitchen, supply chain, and support functions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in F&B operations management (multi‑unit experience preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Solid understanding of P&L, COGS, and operational KPIs.
- Passion for coffee, hospitality, and customer experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
- GCC experience is an advantage.
