Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant

About the role

Es'hailSat is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Lead to manage and support its supply chain and procurement processes. The role covers Procurement, Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Inventory and Cost Management, with a focus on procuring satellite infrastructure components, services and operational supplies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 functional support across Oracle Fusion SCM modules and resolve day-to-day system issues.
• Manage procurement business unit configurations, approval workflows, document styles, supplier records and document delivery settings.
• Troubleshoot purchase orders, requisitions, receipts and invoice matching exceptions.
• Support supplier onboarding, supplier portal queries and sourcing events.
• Manage inventory transactions, cycle counts and cost accounting integration with Oracle Financials.
• Coordinate procure-to-pay issue resolution with the Finance functional consultant.
• Plan quarterly release readiness activities and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Develop and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports and dashboards.

Required profile

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud, including Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Inventory and Cost Management.
• Experience in infrastructure-intensive industries such as telecommunications, satellite services or utilities is preferred.
• Current Oracle Fusion SCM certification is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Practical knowledge of BPM approval workflows, FBDI, ADFdi, OTBI, BI Publisher and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Familiarity with VBCS, APEX, Redwood user experiences and integrations with logistics or supplier systems is an advantage
