About the role

KinTec Global is seeking an experienced OT Cybersecurity Technologist to join its team in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on protecting operational technology environments within the oil & gas and petrochemical sectors, ensuring robust security for critical industrial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity controls for OT systems.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses on industrial control networks.
• Monitor OT environments for security incidents and respond promptly.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to integrate security best practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Currently residing in Qatar.
• Minimum 5 years of cybersecurity experience.
• Background in oil & gas or petrochemical industry.
• Hold a SANS ICS certification.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
