Outdoor Dining Manager

About the role

The Outdoor Dining Manager is responsible for overseeing all outdoor restaurant and bar areas, ensuring smooth daily operations, high guest satisfaction, and strong financial performance. This full‑time position reports to senior management and works on‑site at the Ras Abu Abboud Street location.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all outdoor restaurant and bar staff, covering service, sanitation, and compliance.
• Maintain service and sanitation standards, including food handling, liquor laws, and health regulations.
• Assist with menu planning, staffing levels, and scheduling to meet operational and financial goals.
• Provide hands‑on support during peak periods, stepping in for servers and hosts as needed.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture.
• Monitor productivity, track financial metrics, and implement improvements to maximize revenue.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, **or** a 2‑year degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead a team, manage day‑to‑day operations, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest and employee satisfaction.

Required skills

• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and liquor licensing regulations.
• Experience in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Ability to read and interpret financial reports and operational metrics.
