Outdoor Dining Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Outdoor Dining Manager to oversee all outdoor restaurant and bar areas in Doha. The role involves supervising daily operations, supporting menu planning, maintaining high sanitation standards, and assisting front‑of‑house staff during peak periods to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of outdoor dining and bar spaces, stepping in for staff when needed.
• Supervise, schedule, and train team members to meet service, sanitation, and financial objectives.
• Monitor staffing levels and adjust schedules to align with guest demand and budget targets.
• Ensure compliance with all food‑and‑beverage policies, local liquor laws, and health‑safety regulations.
• Lead the team through coaching, mentoring, and performance monitoring to drive productivity and morale.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to support menu planning and improve service flow during high‑traffic periods.
• Continuously seek ways to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• High school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, or a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, etc., with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage a team, train staff, and handle operational challenges in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of sanitation standards, food handling, and local liquor regulations.
