Outlet Manager – Pan Asian

About the role

Join the luxury hospitality team at Banyan Tree Doha as the Outlet Manager for the Pan Asian outlet. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, you will oversee all aspects of outlet operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate, discipline, direct and supervise all outlet staff.
• Develop and maintain training programmes to raise staff professionalism.
• Manage day‑to‑day outlet operations and handle guest complaints with effective service recovery.
• Ensure compliance with F&B policies, procedures and product knowledge standards.
• Inspect food and beverage quality regularly and follow proper accounting procedures.
• Conduct monthly one‑to‑one staff meetings, set targets and monitor performance.
• Maintain inventory control, stock of equipment and daily log books.
• Coordinate cleaning schedules, grooming standards and liaise with hygiene, housekeeping and engineering teams.
