Painter/Carpenter – Hotel Maintenance

About the role

As a Painter/Carpenter you will keep guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces in a hotel looking fresh and welcoming. Working on a daily basis you will apply protective coatings, mix paints and perform carpentry repairs that contribute to a memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces and apply protective coatings according to safety standards.
• Mix paints to achieve the required colour and consistency.
• Perform carpentry repairs and installations in guest rooms and hotel facilities.
• Respond to guest‑room and residence trouble reports promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and protect surrounding surfaces during painting.
• Clean brushes, trays and tools after each use.
• Follow all safety precautions when working on scaffolding.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned by the hotel management.
