Part-Time QuickBooks Trainer

About the role

Edoxi, a professional skills development and organizational advancement provider with campuses in Dubai, Qatar and London, is hiring a part-time QuickBooks Trainer for an on-site position in Doha, Qatar. The trainer delivers structured QuickBooks sessions, including demonstrations, hands-on exercises and real-world accounting scenarios for learners at different skill levels.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans and training materials, and customize content to meet learner and corporate client needs
• Deliver QuickBooks training so participants can use it confidently for day-to-day bookkeeping and financial reporting
• Assess learner progress, give constructive feedback and keep accurate records of attendance and performance
• Work with the training team to improve course content, align with market requirements and uphold teaching standards

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and practical experience in accounting or bookkeeping, including ledgers, invoices, payroll and financial reports
• Ability to design and deliver clear, structured training sessions, with skills in curriculum planning, instructional design and classroom facilitation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain technical concepts accessibly
• Comfort with digital tools and learning platforms for training support and assessment
• Prior experience as a trainer, instructor or corporate educator in finance or accounting is highly beneficial
• Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field; accounting or QuickBooks certifications are an advantage
• Strong organizational skills, reliability with schedules and ability to work in an on-site, collaborative environment
