People & Culture Coordinator

About the role

Join the People & Culture team at Mandarin Oriental, Doha as a People & Culture Coordinator. You will support the smooth operation of HR processes, ensuring a positive experience for all colleagues in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide empathetic, confidential communication and be readily available to staff.
• Handle day‑to‑day personnel administration in response to requests and action plans.
• Maintain strong working relationships with colleagues across the hotel.
• Deliver courteous and professional service at all times.
• Promote a positive, motivated attitude and calm demeanour.
• Ensure all staff understand and follow Mandarin Oriental’s Colleagues Rules & Regulations.
• Communicate and enforce in‑house policies and legal HR requirements.
• Assist the Director/Manager of People & Culture in implementing the Operations Manual and related procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant HR or administrative experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.
• Positive attitude, reliability and strong organisational skills.
