About the role
The People & Development Manager will lead learning and talent development across all resort assets, ensuring a culture of continuous growth and high‑performance standards. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on coordination of training programs, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Organise, record, report and review all learning and development materials and resources.
- Design and deliver new team member orientation, from enrollment to program facilitation.
- Collaborate with departmental trainers to support training needs and manage submissions.
- Partner with functional program leads to schedule trainings, refreshers and specialised sessions.
- Drive grooming standards and conduct training needs analysis for annual planning.
- Support additional learning initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Hospitality Management, Learning & Development or a related field.
- 2‑3 years of experience in learning and development, training or HR, preferably within hospitality.
- Proven ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop annual training plans.
- Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills across all organisational levels.
- Passionate about people development, coaching and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
