People & Development Manager

About the role

The People & Development Manager will lead learning and talent initiatives across all Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North assets. You will shape a culture of continuous growth by designing, delivering and evaluating training programs for new hires and existing staff.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the overall learning and talent development function across all properties.
• Organise the recording, reporting and review of all learning materials, resources and records.
• Plan and execute New Team Member Orientation, from enrolment to ongoing engagement.
• Collaborate with departmental trainers and functional program leads to meet training needs and submit reports.
• Maintain grooming standards and conduct training needs analysis to create annual training plans.
• Support additional learning initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Hospitality Management, Learning & Development or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training or HR, preferably in a hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop annual training plans.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills across all organisational levels.
• Strong organisational, administrative and reporting capabilities.
• Passion for people development, coaching and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
