Executive Talent Acquisition Business Partner

About the role

The Executive Talent Acquisition Business Partner acts as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders, driving executive searches across Qatar Airways Group and its subsidiaries. You will lead candidate assessment, manage offer negotiations, and ensure smooth onboarding for senior hires at Vice President level and above.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance search strategies by analysing market trends and talent movement.
• Manage strategic pipelines for hard‑to‑fill leadership roles.
• Deliver output metrics such as Quality‑of‑Hire, time‑to‑fill, and candidate satisfaction.
• Oversee the full executive search process, from stakeholder management to candidate onboarding.
• Lead special projects to source critical talent and conduct market compensation research.
• Provide counsel to hiring executives, act as primary negotiator, and close offers.
• Promote best‑practice selection frameworks and coach hiring managers.
• Contribute to the team knowledge base with industry insights and innovative recruitment tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in executive recruitment, preferably at VP level and above.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory capabilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to translate market intelligence into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with remuneration and talent acquisition teams.
