People Intelligence & Insights Specialist

About the role

The People Intelligence & Insights Specialist will lead the design and delivery of advanced analytics solutions across the employee lifecycle. You will turn workforce data into actionable insights that support talent acquisition, development, engagement and organizational planning.

Key responsibilities

• Build predictive models such as attrition risk, internal mobility and workforce trends.
• Create and maintain scalable dashboards and insight products for HR and business leaders.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and business stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
• Support data modelling, automation and integration on cloud platforms (GCP, Databricks) and assist with the transition to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Explore AI‑enabled solutions, automation opportunities and ensure strong data governance, quality and reliability.

Required profile

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in people analytics, data analytics or workforce intelligence.
• Proven ability to work with enterprise datasets and communicate insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Self‑starter attitude, problem‑solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
