Personal Concierge Supervisor

About the role

Join Hilton’s hotel team as a Personal Concierge Supervisor, leading the operator team that handles all guest and internal communications. You will ensure prompt, professional service for VIP and long‑stay guests while maintaining high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the operator team, managing guest and internal calls and ensuring seamless communication between departments.
• Serve as the main point of contact for VIP guests, briefing hotel departments on their requirements and handling special requests.
• Greet and direct guests in the lobby, manage amenities, and support long‑stay guests for stays of six days or more.
• Record, resolve, and follow up on guest complaints, maintaining high customer‑service standards in the reception, lobby, and executive lounge.
• Identify up‑selling opportunities, contribute ideas for lobby décor, and coordinate loyalty rewards with the Executive Lounge Manager.
• Maintain staffing levels, attend reception and executive lounge meetings, and ensure compliance with security, fire, and health‑safety regulations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel operations, guest service, or communication roles, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong team‑management and training abilities with a guest‑focused mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving skills, fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel communication systems and Property Management System (PMS).
