Pharmaceutical Sales Promoter

About the role

Health Care Pharmacy, a healthcare and wellness provider in Qatar offering medicines, vitamins and supplements, medical equipment, skincare, hair care, personal care and beauty products, is looking for a Pharmaceutical Sales Promoter. The role promotes pharmaceutical and healthcare products to customers and healthcare professionals and helps grow the business in the Qatar market.

Key responsibilities

• Promote pharmaceutical and healthcare products to customers and relevant healthcare professionals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, pharmacies, healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in Qatar.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Conduct product presentations and explain features, benefits and appropriate use.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences.
• Prepare regular sales reports and give feedback on market performance.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold high customer service standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or an equivalent relevant qualification.
• 3 to 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical sales or healthcare product promotion.
• Proven experience in the Qatar market is required.
• Fluency in English is preferred; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and develop business opportunities.
• Good knowledge of pharmaceutical or healthcare products and market dynamics.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, able to work independently and within a team.
