Physiotherapist

About the role

Aionis Wellness, Qatar's first AI-powered wellness and aesthetic center, is hiring a Physiotherapist for its on-site clinic in Doha. The role provides evidence-based physiotherapy and pain management services, working alongside dermatology, nutrition and integrative wellness professionals and using AI-driven diagnostics and digital tools where appropriate.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation programs aligned with each client's goals
• Educate clients on injury prevention, posture, movement patterns and home exercise plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with local regulations and clinic protocols
• Take part in continuous professional development and uphold high standards of safety, ethics and client experience

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) with a valid professional license or eligibility to practice in Qatar
• Proven experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, pain management, rehabilitation and functional movement assessment in outpatient or wellness settings
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Desirable: prior work in wellness, aesthetic, sports or rehabilitation centers and familiarity with data-driven care models

Required skills

• Physical assessments, treatment plan design and use of diagnostic tools and clinic technologies, including AI-driven or digital health platforms
• Client education, adherence support and individualized home exercise program design
• Strong collaboration and communication within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality and compliance with local health regulations
