About the role

A leading healthcare organization in Qatar is recruiting an experienced Specialist Dermatologist to join its growing clinical team. The role offers a modern, patient-centric environment where medical and aesthetic dermatology services are delivered, with a focus on strong clinical expertise, excellent communication and patient-centred care.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical and aesthetic dermatological conditions using evidence-based clinical practice.
• Perform advanced aesthetic procedures while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and care.
• Conduct comprehensive consultations, develop personalised treatment plans and provide ongoing follow-up care.
• Build strong patient relationships and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Stay up to date with advances in dermatology, aesthetic treatments and clinical technology, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Valid Qatar Medical License (mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in medical and aesthetic dermatology.
• Proven experience treating patients with a wide range of skin types and conditions.
• Strong expertise in aesthetic dermatology procedures and consultations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Willingness to work Sundays and flexible shifts, mostly ending by 8:00 PM.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative clinical environment.
• Candidates available to join on short notice will be preferred.
