Pilates Studio Supervisor

About the role

Maison Pilates is looking for a qualified and experienced Pilates Instructor to join its team as Pilates Studio Supervisor in Doha, Qatar. The role combines teaching Pilates classes with overseeing daily studio operations, coordinating the team and ensuring an exceptional client experience. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Pilates studio.
• Teach high-quality Reformer Pilates or Mat Pilates classes, adapting sessions to clients' fitness levels, needs and goals.
• Ensure proper exercise technique, client safety and high teaching standards.
• Coordinate class schedules, bookings and instructor availability.
• Support and coordinate Pilates instructors and reception staff.
• Monitor class attendance, memberships, renewals and client satisfaction, and build client relationships to encourage retention and loyalty.
• Support membership sales, promotions and business development initiatives.
• Keep the studio and equipment clean, organized, safe and well maintained.
• Report studio performance to management and assist with staff onboarding, training and service quality.

Required profile

• Recognized Pilates Instructor certification in Reformer Pilates or Mat Pilates.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Pilates Instructor or in a related fitness role.
• Previous supervisory or studio management experience is an advantage but not required.
• Currently based in Qatar or willing to relocate.
• Fluency in English; Arabic and Spanish are an advantage.

Required skills

• Reformer Pilates or Mat Pilates instruction, class planning and client assessment.
• Team coordination, client relationship management and retention.
• Membership sales, customer service and booking systems and studio management software.
• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
