Planning Senior Expert – Arabic Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Planning Senior Expert to lead strategic and operational planning across the organization. The role requires deep expertise in governance, performance management, and executive reporting, with a focus on aligning projects to the overall strategy. Arabic language proficiency is essential for effective stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise‑wide strategic and operational planning initiatives.
• Develop and implement planning frameworks, governance models, and performance‑management processes.
• Oversee KPI tracking, executive dashboards, forecasting, and reporting activities.
• Provide strategic recommendations and insights to senior leadership.
• Ensure alignment between organizational strategy, projects, and operational objectives.
• Monitor planning risks, dependencies, and performance indicators across programs.
• Coordinate with executive stakeholders, departments, and external entities.
• Support transformation programs, policy development, and process‑optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and government regulations.
• Mentor planning teams and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Finance or a related field.
• 10‑15 years of experience in strategic planning, PMO, governance or performance management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency with reporting tools, dashboards, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to manage high‑level planning activities and executive communications.
• Excellent presentation, communication and decision‑making skills.
