About the role
KBR is seeking qualified pool lifeguards to ensure the safety and well‑being of club members at a Qatar site. The role involves monitoring pool users, enforcing safety rules, and providing emergency assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Continuously monitor swimmers and enforce pool rules.
- Ensure children use the pool safely and follow all regulations.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to keep the pool area, toilets and deck sanitized.
- Administer first aid, perform rescues and provide CPR when needed.
- Manage crowd control and report any unsafe behavior to parents or supervisors.
Required profile
- Secondary school certificate with fluency in English.
- Minimum three years of lifeguarding experience in an international hotel, recreational club or hospitality setting.
- Relevant certifications in swimming/emergency rescue, first‑aid and CPR.
Required skills
