About the role
KBR is seeking qualified pool lifeguards to ensure the safety and well‑being of club members at a Qatar site. The role involves monitoring pool users, enforcing safety rules, and providing emergency assistance as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Continuously monitor swimmers and enforce pool rules.
- Provide first aid, CPR, and rescue services for distressed swimmers.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to keep the pool area, toilets, and deck sanitized.
- Manage crowd control and communicate unsafe behavior to patrons.
- Perform daily safety checks, including vacuum suction closures.
Required profile
- Secondary school completion with fluency in English.
- Minimum three years of lifeguarding experience in an international hotel, recreational club, or hospitality setting.
Required skills
- Certified swimming/emergency rescue training.
- First‑aid and CPR certification.
- Pool and beach lifeguard awareness training certificate.
