About the role
As a Pool Service Attendant at Hilton Salwa you will be the first point of contact for guests using the pool, ensuring their safety while delivering the warm hospitality that defines the Hilton brand.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a friendly attitude, respond promptly to requests and resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor pool activity, enforce pool rules and promote safe swimming practices to prevent accidents.
- Act quickly in emergencies according to the emergency action plan, providing rescue or first‑aid assistance when needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe pool environment through regular inspections, routine cleaning and upkeep.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations to protect guests and team members.
