About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Pre‑Sales Executive to drive business growth within the manpower and recruitment sector. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between prospective clients and our sales team, shaping proposals that meet client needs and support revenue generation.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate leads and acquire new clients for staffing services.
  • Prepare, write and present tailored proposals.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand and document business requirements.
  • Support the sales team in broader business development initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in pre‑sales or business development.
  • Mandatory background in manpower consultancy or recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proven ability to work independently and achieve targets.
